Our team offers a comprehensive range of private dental treatments for the entire family, including full cosmetic and implant dentistry facilities, as well as orthodontic treatments.

Our Watford dental practice is located in Hertfordshire. With great links to our dental practice from Kings Langley, Felden, St Albans, Hatfield, and Chesham, we have many patients visiting us.

Established in 1976, the team has evolved over the years; however, the practice’s core values have remained resolute, focusing on patient care and providing high-quality treatments to all our patients in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Our dentists have trained worldwide with some of the world’s leading dental professors and can provide the latest techniques and treatments to create a smile so you can be happy and confident in the most gentle and caring manner.

The staff at the practise are very friendly and welcoming . Iam quite nervous at the dentist but Shefali Pandit has such a calming way about her that it helps you to relax, she also explains everything that she is going to do and why she is doing it. I would happily recommend this practice.

I can honestly say this was the most relaxing dental visit I’ve ever had — words I never thought I’d write. The dentist (Nehal Patel) was incredibly friendly, professional, and a brilliant communicator who explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. They were so gentle and comforting that I almost forgot I was in a dentist’s chair (almost!). Their knowledge and confidence really shine through, which makes trusting the process easy. Even the reception team (Lucy & Sarah) deserves five stars — equally warm, organised, and welcoming, proving that miracles really do happen at the dentist 👏😂

I cannot rate this dental practice high enough. 5 stars is not enough for the care and amazing treatment I have received as a brand new patient. They went over and above to make me feel calm when I know what a terrible patient I am. Not only that but they managed to fit me in for an urgent extraction on Friday afternoon during the extremely busy half term week. To top it off, the original dentist I'd seen previously took the time to call me after the weekend to see how I was doing, as she had just been told about the extraction. TOP MARKS all around in my view to everyone there, dentists and receptionists alike!

This practise is amazing everyone that works there is lovely and friendly and put you at you ease. I have been with them over to years now ,I was a very nervous patient to start with .Shafali has been amazing at making me feel at ease being patient and kind, she explains everything to you so there's no fear because I trust her .I didn't smile when I started going to her as my teeth were in a bad way. A big thank you to Michelle the receptionist for making my first experience at this new choosen branch so comforting from start to finish.I am a very nervous patient in my mid 50's, who had not been to the dentist prior to covid, so I was filled with anxiety.From my first call on the phone to enrol as a new patient to attending my first appointment today I couldn't of asked for a nicer person to reassure me and put me at ease.Needless to say I will be returning.Truly recommend as the dentist Mrs Patel was patient, kind and caring as well, giving me all the time I needed as was the dental nurse.A truly fabulous team I feel very lucky to have found this practice.

Dentist Shefali Pandit & her dental assistant were so sweet & made me laugh when I was scared. Im autistic and avoid the dentist but I came back for a quick little filling which I cant even tell is a filling. Looks like they just magically fixed my tooth! I will probably go back for a checkup as they all made me feel so safe and welcome. The reception staff is also lovely. 10/10 recommend this dentist 🦷✨

As a nervous patient I can honestly say that my treatment so far has been brilliant. I always see Shafali and I couldn't be in better hands. She is very patient, kind and explains everything about my treatment and what it involves, but most of all she will always go at my pace which to me is very important as I do sometimes get very anxious. I had a tooth taken out today and it is the first time in my life that I can honestly say I hardly felt a thing.I would definitely recommend this dental practice. The receptionists are always very helpful and greet you with a genuine smile. Everyone there is lovely.

She was amazing, I have a fear of dentists and high anxiety but she put me at ease and was truly great at her work also! The receptionist is so kind and lovely too. Would highly recommend.

Amazing dental practice. The whole team are incredibly friendly, caring and keen to help - receptionists, nurses and dentists alike. When I phoned regarding a recent dental worry, the receptionist was able to find me an appointment for the very next day, which I am very grateful for. Dr Kapoor is an excellent dentist, is caring and always explains treatments thoroughly. It is clear when a practice genuinely cares about its patients and this one certainly does! Had to wait nearly half an hour but treatment was fine. Surgery very small and not ideal but gather they are doing refurbishment. The toilet light was very poor lighting. The receptionists, dentist and dental nurse were professional and friendly.

Friendly, respectfull , non judgemental, explained what will be needed, explained due to healing times i will be down for three treatment courses and the costs involved on the NHS. Not once did they try to push me into private treatment, unlike another dentist in the area

What can I say?? I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and that should say enough.Anyway, a warm welcome by Julianna, as always, as soon as I entered the premises.Waiting time was minimal.Dr Shafali and her wonderful dental assistant, Ana are friendly and always make me feel relaxed before I even get into the chair!Historically (from another dentist, 20 to 30 years ago) I had extensive (and possibly unnecessary) amalgam fillings. Hence the reason why I occasionally require corrective dental work.Dr Shafali is very accurate with her assessment of the situation, explains everything in detail about the state of my gnashersand any recommended actions prior to starting work.All procedures are always conducted in a very professional, timely, cost-effective and caring way.In some cases I am amazed that they are able to deliver the "almost impossible".My advice - sit back, relax and let them do their work.I highly recommend the team at Eastbury Dental Practice.
